We know how excited you are to receive your new bridal dress, so we had our web staff put up status checker, which will allow you to keep an eye on your dress as it makes its way to your house.

When you complete your order by entering your credit card details on-line,please contact us and confirm your shipping address. Due to high incidence of fraud, if you place standard size order, the shipping address must be the same as the billing address. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address other than the billing address, please leave your phone number and a note in the Email and our sales staff will contact you for further verification before shipping your order.

 

You will receive your tracking number after your dress is made and shipped.

 

Simply enter the tracking number we provided you, and we will send you a quick status update on your package. This is great little application that lets you count the days until the piece you ordered gets to you.

 

Be sure to hang on to your tracking number, as we will ask you to provide it with any questions or comments you have regarding your purchase.
