How to Place My Order?

 

Standard Size Order:

1. Surf our website http://www.lovestoree.com and choose the item you want.

2. Add it to the shopping bag and go to check out. Click the “check out” button and follow by the step, you will know how to do next.

3. We will arrange to make your dress for you after we receive your payment.

4. Normally, it will take 14-21 days to make your dress after we get your payment. So, you can get your dress in 30 days. We will ship it by EMS or TNT or DHL (It’s very safety and fast) and give you the tracking number after we sent out your dress.

5. Please let us know after you get your dress. 

 

Custom-made Size Order: 

1. View our website http://www.lovestoree.com to choose the item you want first and record the item number. Send the item number to us and we will send back a Custom-made Order Form to you. Or you can download our Custom-made Order Form and fill out it. Click to download Custom-made Order Form.

2. Email the finished form to us lovestoreer@gmail.com.

3. We will tell you the total price and send size chart and our payment information to you.

4. If you do want to buy, please pay the money and tell us as soon as possible.

5. We will arrange to make your order for you after we receive your payment and your exact measurements.

6. Normally, it will take 14-21 days to make your dress after we get your payment. So, you can get your dress in 30 days. We will ship it by EMS or TNT or DHL (It’s very safety and fast) and give you the tracking number after we sent out your dress.

Can I Place A Rush Order?


Dear friend, Of course you can put a rush order if it's necessary for you.

1. Five Working Days rush order means take 5 days to make and shipping time 3-7 days. The total time is 6-10 days. If you put a 3 days rush order, you need to pay extra 50 US dollars.

2. Seven Working Days rush order, mean take 7 days to make, and shipping time 3-7 days. The total time is 10-14 days. If you put a 7 days rush order, you need to pay extra 35 US dollars.

3. Fourteen Working Days rush order, mean take 14 days to make, and shipping time 3-7 days. The total time is 17-21 days. If you put a 7 days rush order, you need to pay extra 25 US dollars.
